Dear friends in the Lord,

Easter greetings of peace and hope in the Risen Christ! And praise and thanksgiving to Our God for Pope Leo XIV, a missionary Pope who we joyfully welcome to walk together with us and inspire in us a renewed zeal in mission! 

In preparation for our National Assembly in August, and in the spirit of Easter, we gladly share with you a Reflection Module on Encountering the Risen Lord. This set of reflections based on four Resurrection encounters has been carefully designed  by our NA Program Team to dispose our minds and hearts towards becoming A Hope-filled Community Sharing in Mission--the theme of NA 2025.

These reflections aim to help us discern how we have encountered the Lord--in the apostolic frontiers, amid the woundedness of the world, or through significant moments of lights and shadows over the past three years since the last Assembly. More than recounting "what we did" (by way of our concrete responses and their outcomes), we are invited to reflect deeply on the more essential question: "How were we faithful?" These reflections start with asking for the same grace that the National Assembly will beg the Lord for: "Help us to encounter you anew, reignite our hope, and deepen our mission."

This Module contains a set of four reflections on Encountering the Risen Lord. Each community can freely choose one reflection or more, adapting the reflections to suit their context:

• Some may choose to focus on a single reflection that resonates most with where they are in their journey as a community.

• Others might select reflections based on the maturity of their shared mission.

• Still others may opt to engage with all four reflections, spreading them over the course of two or three months leading up to the Assembly.

Instructions to Community Guides:

1. This Module is offered for use during the community's regular meeting or series of meetings. Guides are asked to assist their community in praying over these reflections and in discerning one (or more) which resonates with them and their journey as a community.

2. Each community is to beg for the NA grace in their reflections: to encounter Christ anew, reignite our hope, and deepen our mission. Members are to share the fruits of their reflections by way of a spiritual conversation. Guides are to lead the members to reflect on these points: 

• How have we encountered the Risen Lord in the frontiers to which we responded?

• What elements resonated with us as a community, and why?

3. Each community is to come up with a poster to communicate these elements, and to email their digital poster to the Secretariat ([email protected]) or bring it to the National Assembly. These will be displayed in a Gallery of Graces on the opening day of the NA. Each poster is to be prepared on a sheet of A-4 size paper with the name of the community and guide written on it. 

May the Holy Spirit and our Blessed Mother be with our communities as we journey as God's Easter people to follow our Risen Lord!

Maligayang Pasko ng Pagkabuhay na may kapayapaan at pag-asa sa Risenong Kristo!

Magpasalamat tayo sa ating Diyos sa biyaya ng Pope Leo XIV, isang misyonaryong Papa na masaya nating tinatanggap upang maglakbay na kasama natin at magbigay ng inspirasyon sa atin upang muling buhayin ang ating sigasig sa misyon.

Bilang paghahanda para sa ating National Assembly sa Agosto, at sa diwa ng Pasko ng Pagkabuhay, kami ay masayang nagbabahagi sa inyo ng isang Reflection Module tungkol sa Pagkakaroon ng Pagkikita sa Risenong Panginoon. Ang set ng mga pagninilay na ito, batay sa apat na mga pagtagpo ng Pagkabuhay, ay maingat na idinisenyo ng aming NA Program Team upang magbukas ng ating isipan at puso tungo sa pagiging isang Komunidad ng Pag-asa na Nagbabahagi ng Misyon—ang tema ng NA 2025.

Ang mga pagninilay na ito ay naglalayong tulungan tayo upang masusing suriin kung paanong tayo nakatagpo sa Panginoon—

• sa mga apostolikong hangganan,

• sa gitna ng pagluha ng mundo,

• o sa mga makapangyarihang sandali ng liwanag at dilim sa mga nakaraang tatlong taon mula nang huling Assembly.

Higit pa sa pagsasalaysay ng “kung ano ang ating ginawa” sa pamamagitan ng mga konkretong hakbang at kinalabasan nito, tayo ay inaanyayahang magmuni-muni sa mas mahalagang tanong:
“Paano tayo naging tapat?”
Nagsisimula ang bawat pagninilay sa isang panalangin para sa biyaya na ating hihilingin sa National Assembly:
“Tulungan Mo kaming makatagpo sa Iyo muli, muling buhayin ang aming pag-asa, at palalimin ang aming misyon.”

Ang bawat komunidad ay malayang pumili ng isang pagninilay o higit pa, na naaangkop sa kanilang konteksto:

• Maaaring pumili ang iba ng isang pagninilay na pinakarestigo sa kanilang paglalakbay bilang komunidad.
   

• Ang iba naman ay maaaring pumili ng mga pagninilay batay sa pag-unlad ng kanilang misyon.
   

• Ang ilan ay maaaring magpasyang pagtuunan ang lahat ng apat na pagninilay, na ipapamahagi sa loob ng dalawang hanggang tatlong buwan bago ang Assembly.
   

Ang module na ito ay inaalok para magamit sa mga regular na pagtitipon ng komunidad o isang serye ng mga pulong. Ang mga gabay ay hinihiling na:

1. Tumulong sa komunidad na manalangin sa mga pagninilay, at tuklasin kung alin ang tumutugma sa kanilang paglalakbay.

2. Gabayan ang komunidad sa pagbabahagi ng mga bunga ng kanilang pagninilay sa pamamagitan ng isang espirituwal na pag-uusap.

3. Pagnilayan ang mga sumusunod na tanong:

   • Paano natin nakatagpo ang Risenong Panginoon sa mga hangganang ating tinugunan?

   • Anong mga elemento ang tumugma sa atin bilang komunidad, at bakit?

Bilang bahagi ng ating pagninilay, bawat komunidad ay hinihiling na gumawa ng isang digital na poster (A4 na sukat) upang ipakita ang mga pangunahing kaisipang ito. Ang pangalan ng komunidad at ng gabay ay dapat nakasulat sa poster. Mangyaring ipadala ito sa mga sumusunod:

Dalhin ito nang personal sa National Assembly.

Ang lahat ng poster ay magiging bahagi ng Gallery of Graces na ipapakita sa unang araw ng NA.

Nawa’y samahan tayo ng Banal na Espiritu at ng ating Pinagpalang Ina habang naglalakbay tayo bilang mga Easter People ng Diyos, na masaya at tapat na sumusunod sa ating Risenong Panginoon.
