Dear NCR CLC Members, Coordinators, Moderators, Guides, and Friends,

Greetings of Peace on the feast of the Blessed Virgin Mary, our model of our own collaboration in Christ's Mission!

We gathered as a regional community in the past 2 months :
1. "Healing Creation: Ending Plastic Pollution Together" held last July 15 via Zoom. It's our meaningful means in seeing our frontier of caring for creation by looking at the plastic pollution problem as well as get insights on simple means to reduce our plastic trash. You may want to see the video and presentation materials here.

2. "REcollect. REconnect. REignite." Held last July 29, 2023 in Mary the Queen Parish. It was our first onsite celebration of St. Ignatius Day. It was attended by about 50 NCR CLCers. We had fun in our Ignacio Henyo and Chair Zoomba and got reconnected with the other CLC communities. NCR EA, Fr Oliver Dy SJ, gave a short reflections on Synod and celebrated the Eucharist.

We do hope you can attend the upcoming regional events which would help strengthen our regional bond and drive for our mission:

1. "Faith Empowered Engagement in the Barangay Elections and Beyond". Let us look at the Signs of the Times and be aware of our call to engage more in transforming our society through the upcoming barangay elections and beyond. This will be a zoom event on Saturday, October 7, 3:00-5:00 PM. Please register here to get the zoom link

2. "G!: CLC NCR Mid-Autumn Festival Celebration". Join us in an afternoon of Games, Gratitude, Gathering and Gulay from Good Food Co on October 15, 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM. Please register here to help us organize the event better.
