We are glad to inform you that the CLCP Zoom Meeting Online Reservation Form is NOW OPEN to CLCP Guides, Moderators, Coordinators, and Regional LCs. You may now reserve your Zoom Meeting schedules (e.g. meetings, events, PS, etc.) with CLCP Licensed Zoom Accounts.

Please take note of the following as you book your reservations:

1. This online reservation form is for the use of CLCP Guides, Moderators, Coordinators, and Regional LCs only (no fees)

2. To reserve a Zoom meeting, please scan the QR code provided above

Please reserve your Zoom meeting on or before 3:00pm of the previous business day. CLCP Secretariat office hours are from 8:00am to 5:00pm from Tuesday to Saturday (Example: for Monday reservation, please submit on or before Saturday 3:00pm)
