Praying Over My 2019: Ignatian Journey 2019

As 2019 comes to an end, 11 retreatants gathered together at Maryhurst Seminary in Lucnab, Baguio City to spend time in sacred silence, solitude, and prayer in order to take a look at their 2019 and see how the Lord has blessed and journeyed with them in different ways.

The Ignatian Journey is a 3 and 5-day individually-directed retreat that aims to meet the participants where they are in their spiritual journey and to help deepen and explore their relationship with God.

It includes:
1.) Learning about the Ignatian tradition and vision that have emerged from the life and Spiritual Exercises of St Ignatius;
2.) Experiencing the gifts and fruits of Ignatian prayer and contemplation;
3.) Reflecting on the integration of spirituality with daily experience, decision-making, vocation, relationships, and service of others in today's world.

This year, two CLC members from Balaog Unit namely Sherwin Reyta and Vanessa Candano joined the retreat. This year's Ignatian Journey is somewhat special to Ms. Anjanette Petros, our CLC Center Administrative Assistant, as this is her first Ignatian Retreat. Tito Lanny Nanagas from April Fools and Mark Leosala from Nuevo and currently CLCP Formation Institute Coordinator accompanied the retreatants as guides.
