Lent is a season of grace to those who are disposed to it. In order for us to reap the graces and fruits of Lent, we invite you to a Lenten and Holy Week Retreat in Daily Life Program, entitled "Heart Speaks to hearts." Four retreat guides headed by Fr. Vic Baltazar, SJ will share points for reflection and prayer and will draw much from the newest encyclical of Pope Francis on the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, entitled, "Dilexit nos," which means "He Loved Us."

Retreat conference videos will be posted in YouTube and Facebook which interested retreatants can view. Each video is premiered on the Saturday before the Lenten Sunday, then on Palm Sunday, Holy Thursday and Easter Sunday.

There will also be prayer materials for the week attached to every video for the retreatants to pray on.

We encourage our members to join and explore the fruits of their prayer during their prayer session or consult their spiritual directors to enrich their retreat experience.
