Peace and blessings. As a community of guides and formators, we respond to the call of synodality to journey together and to listen to each other and to what the Lord is inviting us to do and to become.

Last August 8-13 the World Community organized a Global Formation Encounter (GFE) in Manresa, Spain attended by our very own Tinnah dela Rosa who was in the organizing and facilitating team, and Alwin Macalalad as the official delegate of CLCP. The Formation Institute invited both to share with us the fruits of the GFE and to help us navigate as we take a look at the gifts and challenges of CLCP formation and to provide an avenue where we as a community of guides and formators can listen to the promptings of the spirit. This we hope will stir us into conversation and dialogue, eventually creating a safe space where we can support and encourage one another in the work of formation.
