The STDG Kapihan session on Thursday, 2nd July 2009 will feature Dr. Benjie Tolosa, of the Ateneo Political Science Department to share his insights and perspectives regarding HR 1109. What are the key issues at stake here? How does this decision affect our democracy? What do you see as the potential outcomes as a result of this resolution?
